We’re excited to be exhibiting at EuroShop 2020, the world’s No.1 Retail Trade Fair taking place 16th – 20th February 2020 in Düsseldorf Messe, Germany.

Store Design Stage: 
Creating a transformational new store concept 
Tuesday 18th February, 12pm – 12.30pm

Briggs Hillier Creative Director, Adrian Briggs, and schuh Head of Store Development, Scott Renton, will highlight the fundamental principles of the transformational new store concept we have created for schuh. This will include demonstrating how the flexibility of the concept not only allows for instant reaction to market trends, but ensures the concept is highly commercial for roll-out and truly enables a dynamic store of the future.

Store Design Stage: 
Revolutionising the pet care experience 
Thursday 20th February, 11.30am – 12pm

Briggs Hillier Creative Director, Adrian Briggs, and Pets at Home Group Development Director, Wayne Kemp, will share the journey to deliver the new Pets at Home store concept that places experience and interaction at the heart. Adrian and Wayne will demonstrate how the powerful customer journey seamlessly links in-store services and departments, and that by developing fun, engaging and informative spaces the new store concept brings the pet care experience to life.

Retail Marketing Stage at POPAI Village: 
Leveraging shopper insight to influence store design
Thursday 20th February, 1.30pm – 2pm

Highlighting the value of shopper observations in store, Briggs Hillier Managing Director, Jenny Hillier, will demonstrate how shopper insights can influence a design brief and strategic approach to result in highly effective store design. Supported by ‘before and after’ case studies, Jenny will share examples where insights have led to a design strategy that has resulted in increased basket size, sales conversion and an elevated in-store experience.

Delivering design that works 
Monday 17th February, 11.30am – 12pm

For almost 20 years Briggs Hillier have worked collaboratively with global brands and retailers to deliver customer-centric experiences that deliver outstanding return on investment. Supported by recent case studies, Briggs Hillier’s Managing Director, Jenny Hillier, will share her passion for a proven design process where creativity is born from a strong foundation of insight and strategy, and demonstrate how this is the key to delivering ‘design that works’.
