POPAI Retail Experience Conference

This week POPAI hosted its annual Retail Experience Conference, at the London Transport Museum, London. Placing a laser focus on the role of the shopper experience, the event explored the commercial benefits, impacts and opportunities for brands and retailers, with in-depth case studies and expert analysis.

Our Creative Director, Adrian Briggs, was on the panel of an insightful discussion which started with establishing what makes a great shopping experience, and why retailers get it so wrong? He then went on to discuss the role of flagship stores and the importance of design and strategy when ensuring commercial viability in the retail estate. The panel session ended by debating consistency of shopper experience and finally a look to the future of retail design and what the future shopper experience might look like.

The conference was highly successful with some thought-provoking and inspiring presentations.
