New swim! location opens in Coatbridge

The third location in the transformational new centre concept we’ve created for swim! is now open in Coatbridge.

Continuing our close working relationship with swim! one of the largest private ‘learn to swim’ providers in the UK for children aged 0-11 years, the latest centre we’ve designed in Coatbridge is part of an ongoing roll-out of the new centre concept we created for swim! earlier this year.

The swim! centre journey starts with the welcoming reception area and bold retail space. The ‘star of the week’ podium is also located here – a dedicated space where children can celebrate their achievements and have a photo taken after lessons.

The playful changing rooms include bespoke ‘stalk’ seating, back-illuminated mirrors with fun animal faces and individual hair drying stations. Showers include colourful features and lighting that makes showering after lessons a fun experience!

The viewing lounge where parents and ‘buddies’ can watch children during their lessons includes multi-functional seating and facilities that cater for the different needs, whether entertaining young children in the dedicated play area, working on a laptop or relaxing with a coffee from the drinks station.

The pool area has also been reinvented, with strong branding and fun messaging that follows through into the rest of the centre.

Bold and bright finishes and materials have been used throughout, helping to create a fun, engaging and contemporary new centre environment for swim! that’s designed for maximum appeal to both children and their parents.
