To complete our deep dive ‘FOCUS’ series of reports exploring the new role of physical retail, we have created a concluding report that reinforces what we believe are huge opportunities within these extraordinary times for the retail industry.

‘WHAT’S NEXT: Strategy That Works’ expands upon our original report ‘THE ROLE OF PHYSICAL RETAIL’ and looks beyond the immediate needs of reopening stores to create a balance between what is needed now and in the future.

To develop a meaningful and successful strategy for physical retail, we explore methods of re-evaluating the purpose, format, footprint, location and use of technology within physical retail.

Although every brand and retailer will have different requirements, the process of establishing what needs to be achieved and the new opportunities presented, is key to creating a successful physical retail strategy.
