Pets at Home

The new Pets at Home store concept by Briggs Hillier places experience at the heart.

With the overall objective to ‘bring the pet care experience to life’, Briggs Hillier have transformed all core elements of the Pets at Home store environment and created a refined customer journey, seamlessly linking in-store services and departments.


The strategic store layout, based on a central band of experience and consultation space, runs from the front to the rear of the store. Located at the front of the store is the ‘Pet Village’; an adventurous and interactive space where customers can engage and come face to face with animals.


Flanking each side of the centrally located Pet Village is the revamped aquatics area and the Cat Lounge; a premium cat adoption facility created in partnership with the RSPCA.


Other key features in store include Discover & Learn; a multi-functional space for numerous activities including events, talks, parties and dog training, the Home of Nutrition where colleagues provide pet nutrition advice and The Groom Room incorporating the new ‘Dog Self Wash’, designed to create theatre in store.


As part of the new store concept, Briggs Hillier have also evolved graphic communications and branding in store.
