To say ‘thank you’ to our fantastic team for all their hard work this year, and to welcome quite a few new team members to the Briggs Hillier family… we started our Summer Team event at ‘The Big Birmingham Bake’ for some competitive cake making! Within teams of two or three, and after choosing our flavourings and decorations, we set to work following our recipes to make a ‘Doberge’ cake… after a visit to the bar for much needed refreshment!

Eagerly anticipating which cake the ‘master baker’ was going to declare the winner… we agreed it was a fantastic effort by all. But especially well done to Olivia, Charlie and Abbie – winners of the golden spatula!
