This week, JD Gyms joined the Telford community, opening a brand-new gym at Telford Bridge Retail Park, packed with state-of-the-art facilities and high-quality equipment for a premium workout experience.

The new gym features a dedicated cardio area, functional training zone, free-weights zone, studio, plate-loaded machines, specialist glute equipment, changing rooms, saunas and more – all brought together in a highly motivational environment.
