Briggs Hillier Operations Manager, Lucy Moore attended Manchester Metropolitan University ’s Interior Design Portfolio Surgery session on Thursday to review students’ portfolios and offer valuable industry insight and career advice.
The session featured one-to-one discussions, allowing Lucy to engage with students on a more personal level and provide tailored, relevant feedback that they could immediately apply to their portfolios and future job searches.
With 20 years of experience at Briggs Hillier, a long-established strategic design studio creating environments for global brands, Lucy is responsible for recruiting designers within the studio. Drawing on this expertise, she offered the students at Manchester Metropolitan University a well-rounded practical guidance on how to transform their portfolios from project presentations into powerful tools that effectively showcase their skills, creative thinking and potential to future employers.
