The fashion brand has relocated its flagship store to more prominent and bigger premises.
Occupying a 230 sqm. (2,476 sq.ft.) ground floor space along Via del Babuino, one of the Italian capital’s main shopping arteries, the interior presents the updated design codes of the Italian fashion house.
The shop entrance is defined by a high cross-vaulted ceiling dipped in a light purple shade, white walls with shelving of concrete and steel, and white marble flooring. Beyond a coloured arch the men’s apparel and accessories can be found against a backdrop of walls painted in a gradation of hues and opulent marble mosaics as flooring.
The third room displays a selection of jewellery items and eyewear collections, presented on satin and varnished brass display units, and then leads to a more reserved fourth room, in which to be inspired by ready-to-wear women’s collections arranged on rails.
The next room can be reached through another arch doorway, and here, where the Marni shoe collection is presented, the setting is dominated by by cylindrical armchairs in a soft pink. The last room is dedicated to the children’s collections, and opens onto an outdoor courtyard.
