HP Total Care Center Opens in Istanbul

The first new concept HP Total Care Center opened in Istanbul this week. The center which is dedicated to HP after-sales service is exclusively for customers to bring in PC’s for diagnostics and repairs, technical advice and training or to purchase accessories.

The HP branded environment follows the look and feel of the brand store concept we developed for HP last year, but operationally is very different. Driven by providing customers the best possible HP after-sales experience, the center has been carefully planned to cater for the different needs of customers coming into the centre and to provide maximum operational efficiency.

Key areas of the center is a multi-functional waiting area where customers can surf the internet on HP PC’s, plug in their own PC’s, browse the latest HP products or simply relax on soft seating. Other features include semi-private consultation booths, a glass fronted ‘lab’ where simple repairs are carried out and a dedicated drop-off and pick-up point for faulty and repaired PC’s.
